This policy describes what information this site collects through the partner match form, how that information is used, and the limits on how it is shared. It is written in plain language. There is no legal boilerplate.
When you submit a partner match request, the form collects the following information:
This information is used solely to identify and contact an appropriate implementation partner on your behalf. No other data is collected through the site.
Each submission is reviewed by a person and shared with a single matched implementation partner so that partner can respond directly to your inquiry. Submissions are not distributed to multiple firms, published in any form, or used for purposes beyond fulfilling the match request. The matched partner receives only the information necessary to assess fit and respond to your project.
Submission data is not sold, licensed, or transferred to any third party for marketing, advertising, or any commercial purpose unrelated to the matching request. This site does not participate in data brokering, lead resale, or affiliate data sharing programs. Your information moves in one direction: to the single partner matched to your request.
This site may use standard analytics tools to understand aggregate traffic patterns, such as which pages are visited and how long visitors spend on each page. This data is not linked to individual identities and is not combined with form submission data. No advertising trackers or cross-site tracking technologies are used.
To request removal of your submission data, contact the site inbox. Requests are processed within a reasonable time. No account or login is required to make a removal request. Include the work email address used in your submission so the record can be located and removed.
This privacy policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in site practices or applicable requirements. The date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last reviewed. Continued use of the site after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

When you submit the match request form at /get-matched, the following fields are collected. All fields are used solely to identify a suitable implementation partner for your company. No field is used for advertising, list-building, or any purpose unrelated to your matching request.
All fields marked "Yes" must be completed before the form can be submitted.

The phone field is collected as optional context for the matched partner. Providing a phone number does not change the matching process or response time. The site does not use phone numbers for outbound contact prior to the match.

Partners in the network are vetted prior to being included in the matching pool. Vetting includes verification of authorized status, review of implementation methodology, and capacity checks. The match is made manually, not by an automated system.

The information you provide is used for one purpose: matching your project with an appropriate UKG Ready implementation partner. It is not used for any advertising, remarketing, data brokering, or unrelated commercial purpose. Ever.
Your name, email, company details, and project information are never sold to data brokers, marketing platforms, lead aggregators, or any unrelated third party.
Submission data is not licensed, rented, or otherwise made available to advertisers or companies whose business is unrelated to UKG Ready implementation.
The only external party that receives your submission is the single matched implementation partner selected for your project. No additional firms receive your information.
Site usage data may be analyzed in aggregate form to improve matching quality. No individual submission is used for profiling or behavioral targeting.
