How This Site Makes Money

This site is free to the companies that use it. Reading the guides costs nothing. Submitting a match request costs nothing. There is no membership, no paywall, and no upsell.

Where the money comes from

When a match leads to a signed implementation engagement, the matched partner may pay this site a referral fee. That is the only revenue this site earns.

The fee is not contingent on which partner is recommended, on any ranking, or on any editorial content. It does not change who gets matched. A partner that pays a fee and a partner that does not are judged by the same criteria: state coverage, industry experience, module depth, and confirmed capacity for your go-live date.

What is never for sale

Placement. No firm can pay to appear first, to be labeled preferred, or to be listed ahead of a better fit.

Editorial coverage. No firm and no vendor can pay for a review, a mention, or a softer take on a failure pattern. Analysis of UKG Ready as a product is factual and neither promotional nor adversarial.

Your data. Match requests are reviewed by a person and shared only with the one partner you are introduced to. They are not sold, syndicated, or added to any list.

Who runs it

This site is operated by Andy Zelt, a payroll and HR operator who has participated in 1,000+ HCM buying decisions over 25 years. It is not affiliated with UKG, Inc. It is not a single implementation firm. The partner pool is vetted by the criteria on the vetting criteria page, and every partner in it, without exception, goes through the same review.

What that means for you

If you ask for a match, you get one introduction to the partner that best fits your project. You can decline it. Nothing about that conversation changes what is published here.
