Partner Vetting Criteria

Last reviewed: September 2026 by Andy Zelt, 1,000+ HCM buying decisions over 25 years

This review is run by this site alone. It is not a UKG program. UKG does not verify, sponsor, or endorse any firm listed here, and each firm's UKG relationship is stated by the firm.

Every firm considered for matching goes through the same manual review before it enters the pool. The review happens before you submit a request, not after. When you ask for a match, every partner considered for your project has already passed it.

1. Boutique specialist, not a generalist

The firm's primary practice is UKG Ready implementation. Large generalist consultancies that list UKG Ready as one line in a broad technology catalog are not included.

2. Current UKG relationship, shown in the firm's own materials

Each firm's current relationship with UKG is reviewed from the firm's published materials and documentation the firm supplies. UKG does not take part in or endorse this review. A firm that cannot show a current relationship is not listed.

3. A documented process for every phase

Discovery, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support are each evaluated. A firm that skips structured discovery, or cannot show a written migration workflow, is not listed.

4. Confirmed capacity for your timeline

A partner is only matched to a project when it has confirmed bandwidth for the requested go-live date. A technically strong firm with no available capacity is not matched until capacity is confirmed.

How a match is made

A person reads your request and cross-references your state, company size, industry, modules, and go-live date against current partner availability. There is no ranking formula and no automated matching. You receive one introduction within 4 business hours.

What disqualifies a firm

Failing any one of the four criteria. Sales volume, years in business, and willingness to pay a referral fee do not offset a failed criterion. How the site earns is explained on the how this site makes money page.
