Every firm considered for matching goes through the same manual review before being listed. The process is not automated, and the criteria below are applied consistently. A firm that does not meet all four criteria is not listed, regardless of sales volume or years in business.
Large generalist consultancies are not listed. Every matched partner is a specialist firm whose primary practice is UKG Ready implementation, not a line item in a broad technology services catalog.
Each firm's current relationship with UKG is reviewed from the firm's published materials and documentation the firm supplies. UKG does not take part in or endorse this review. A firm that cannot show a current relationship is not listed.
Each firm's discovery, configuration, data migration, and post-go-live support processes are evaluated. Partners that skip structured discovery or lack a documented migration workflow are not listed.
A partner is only matched to a new project when they have confirmed bandwidth for the go-live timeline requested. A technically strong firm with no available capacity is not matched until capacity is confirmed.
Vetting is conducted before a firm is added to the matching pool, not after a client submission arrives. When you submit a match request, every firm considered for your project has already passed this review.
