Why this firm is on the list
Every partner on this site has passed the same four checks, run by this site and not by UKG: boutique specialist, a current UKG relationship shown in the firm's own materials, a documented process for every phase, and confirmed capacity before any match. Beyond that, here is what stands out about Coeur Workforce Solutions.
- Long-tenured local operator with community roots, including Louisiana healthcare association membership.
- Healthcare depth, which is where UKG Ready configuration goes wrong most often when it is guessed instead of discovered.
- Coverage that reaches across the Gulf Coast into Texas.
