Why this firm is on the list
Every partner on this site has passed the same four checks, run by this site and not by UKG: boutique specialist, a current UKG relationship shown in the firm's own materials, a documented process for every phase, and confirmed capacity before any match. Beyond that, here is what stands out about Quanta HCM.
- Named, documented processes for discovery and switching rather than an ad hoc setup, which is one of the four criteria every partner here must meet.
- A concierge support model with a stated response commitment.
- Regional depth in Ohio, Kentucky and the Indiana border markets.
